Questions clinics ask us
Short answers about setup, patient data and pricing. Missing something? Write to us, we answer ourselves.
Getting started
How long does it take to get our clinic started?
About two days from signing to your first patient. We set Previza up with you: your specialties, your doctors, the SMS text and the languages. Your doctors try it as a fictional patient, and we show your team how it works.
What do you need from us?
Four things: the specialties you want to start with, the doctors who see patients in each one, your logo, and one contact person while we set things up. No technical details.
Do we need to install anything or integrate it with our systems?
No. Previza runs in the browser, next to the software you already use. Your booking system and your medical record system stay as they are.
What does our reception have to do?
Send the patient a link by SMS when the appointment is booked. A patient who arrives without having answered can scan a QR code in the waiting room or answer on a tablet. Reception sees who has started, who has finished and whose link has expired.
Patients and the report
Do patients need an app or an account?
No. The link opens in any phone browser.
Can someone answer for the patient?
Yes. A parent can answer for a child, and a family member, a carer or your staff can answer with an older patient or for them.
Which languages does Previza speak?
The patient answers in a language your clinic offers; we choose the languages with you during setup. The report stays in your doctors’ language.
Which specialties are available?
Ten specialties have their own page, with the questions, the emergency signs and an example report. Others are set up with each clinic.
How does the report get into our medical record system?
Your doctor signs in to Previza with a one-time code, reads the report before the patient walks in and copies it into the medical record in one click. No integration needed.
AI and patient data
Does Previza diagnose?
No. It asks the questions for your specialty and structures the answers into a report. It never diagnoses or suggests treatment; the doctor decides. Every report ends with a note that it requires medical validation.
What about emergency signs?
Each specialty’s emergency signs are asked about in every intake. Alarm signs always come first in the report, even when there are none.
Where is patient data stored?
In the European Union. Answers and reports are stored in a database in Paris, the servers that pass them on run in Frankfurt, and the AI runs in EU data centres.
How long do you keep it?
The conversation stays only in the patient’s browser tab. The report is kept encrypted until your team adds it to the medical record, then deleted within 24 hours; if it is never marked as added, it is deleted after 7 days. These are the default periods.
Who can see patient data?
Your clinic team, who sign in with a one-time code. Previza staff do not read patient data; technical access is possible only to fix faults. Patient data is never used to train AI models.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. Your clinic is the data controller, and Previza processes data on its behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The list of our service providers is in the agreement.
Pricing and trying Previza
How much does it cost?
You pay per completed intake: €5.60 on Start, €4.00 on Plus and €2.90 on Pro, with a monthly minimum on Plus and Pro. Clinic networks get a custom price. A one-time setup fee may apply, depending on your clinic and the customisation we do for you. Prices are without VAT.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 50 completed intakes are free, whichever plan you choose afterwards.
Can we see Previza before deciding?
Try it live as the patient, with invented details, in about 5 minutes, and read the report your doctor would get. Or book a 30-minute demo with a case from your own specialty.
We work with clinics. Can we become a partner?
Yes. You tell clinics about Previza; we show it to them, set it up and support them. We agree the terms on a call.
