Price per patient, by volume tier

Q: How exactly is a "completed patient" calculated?

A patient counts as completed once they've responded to the AI conversation and a summary has been generated for the doctor. Patients who don't finish the conversation aren't billed.

Q: Does my tier change automatically if my clinic's volume goes up or down?

No. Your clinic chooses the tier that matches its estimated patient volume. Changing tiers happens on request, together with the Previza team — never automatically.

Q: What happens if a clinic doesn't reach the monthly minimum on the Plus or Pro tier?

The monthly minimum for that tier is billed regardless. For clinics with variable volume or just getting started, the Start tier, with no monthly minimum, is usually a better fit.

Q: Do prices include VAT?

The prices shown are net. VAT is applied on top, in line with current legislation.

Q: Is there a minimum contract term?

The Start, Plus, and Pro plans work without a minimum-term contract. The Enterprise plan, for clinic networks, is contracted individually with the sales team.

Q: Does implementation involve additional costs?

Yes. In addition to the per-patient rate, activating your account involves a one-time implementation fee to set up specialties and train your clinic's staff. The amount is communicated before signing.

Q: How long does implementation take, regardless of tier?

Standard implementation includes setting up the relevant specialties and a short staff walkthrough, usually within a few business days.

Q: Can I switch plans later?

Yes, on request, together with the Previza team. Moving up to a higher tier may involve an additional setup cost.

Q: How is billing handled for a clinic network with different volume at each location?

For networks, billing and pricing structure are discussed as part of the Enterprise contract, detailed on the Enterprise page.

You pay for results, not licenses

Previza billing is per patient who actually completes their intake — not per doctor, not per account. If a patient doesn't complete the conversation, your clinic doesn't pay for them.

The price per patient drops as your clinic's monthly volume grows. In addition to the per-patient rate, activating your account involves a one-time implementation fee to set up specialties and train your staff.
