2. What data we collect
For patients: the medical information they share during the patient intake conversation (symptoms, medical history, medication, medical background), plus the minimum identification data needed to link their answers to the appointment.
For clinic representatives: name, email, phone number, clinic name, and specialty, submitted through the contact form or the trial signup form.
3. Legal basis and consent
Medical data is processed exclusively on the basis of the explicit consent of the patient or their legal representative, obtained before the conversation begins. Clinics' contact data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to the commercial inquiries received.
4. Purpose of processing
The information collected is used strictly to generate the patient history summary made available to the treating doctor and to operate the service. The summary is delivered directly to the clinic or doctor who initiated the conversation; Previza does not store the patient's medical data beyond the technical processing required to generate and deliver the summary. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. Access is limited to the authorized doctor and clinic, based on authentication and permission controls.
6. Retention period
Medical data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship with the clinic and within the limits set by applicable medical legislation, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Commercial contact data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction.
7. Data subject rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Requests can be sent to contact@getpreviza.com and will receive a response within 30 days at most.
8. Cookies
The getpreviza.com website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and, with your consent, traffic-analysis cookies. You can decline them through your browser settings.
