Previza covers the entire digital anamnesis journey — from the patient's first contact to the summary the doctor reads: the conversation with the patient, structuring the answers, the completion options, tailoring by specialty, and fitting into the clinic's workflow.
Before the appointment, Previza leads an adaptive conversation with the patient, in natural language. Each question depends on the answer before it — if the patient describes pain, the conversation follows up on location, intensity, and triggers, the same way a nurse would ask in person.
The conversation can be completed anytime before the visit — at home, on the go, or even in the waiting room. No account, no app to install, no complicated setup: the patient gets a link and responds straight from their browser.
The pace adapts to the patient: questions are short and clear, and any that don't apply (pregnancy history for a male patient, for example) are skipped automatically.
Instead of a raw transcript of the conversation, the doctor gets a structured card built around the sections they'd fill in the chart anyway: reason for visit, history, current medication, and personal and family background.
The summary is built for a quick read — the doctor can scan it in 30–40 seconds before the patient walks in, without missing anything relevant.
The sections adapt by specialty: a cardiologist sees cardiovascular risk factors up front, a pediatrician sees vaccination and developmental history.
Not every patient can or wants to complete a digital conversation on their own. Previza supports three completion options, and the summary the doctor receives has the same structure, no matter who answered.
The most common way: the patient gets a link and completes the conversation from home, at their own pace, before the appointment.
A parent for their child, an adult child for an aging parent, or any other relative can complete the conversation on the patient's behalf.
On a tablet in the waiting room, a nurse can guide the patient through the conversation — useful for patients who aren't comfortable with digital tools.
A cardiologist and a pediatrician don't need the same information from a patient. Previza configures the conversation based on the clinic's or practice's specialty: the questions, their order, and the fields in the final summary all differ from one specialty to another.
Ten specialties are currently supported — Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, and Psychiatry — each with its own page detailing what the specialty-specific intake covers.
See All Specialties →Previza doesn't require a system change. The link to the conversation can go out through your current booking process — SMS, WhatsApp, email — and the summary reaches the doctor before the consultation, as prep material, not a replacement for the medical record.
The front desk or scheduling system sends the patient the link to the conversation, right after the appointment is confirmed.
The summary is ready for the doctor ahead of time, linked directly to that appointment — no manual digging through answers.
The doctor opens the consultation with the clinical part, using the summary as a starting point, not the sole basis for decisions.
Previza works independently of your existing IT system — the conversation link is sent through whatever communication channel you already use (SMS, WhatsApp, email), and the summary is delivered separately to the doctor. Direct integrations with scheduling systems are available at the Enterprise level.
