Previza is a service provided by IMG PRINTING PROD SRL, CUI RO37681211, Romania. Using the getpreviza.com website and the Previza application constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Previza is a tool for collecting and structuring the patient history information provided by the patient before the consultation. The service does not provide diagnoses, does not recommend treatments, and does not constitute medical advice. The clinical decision remains the sole responsibility of the doctor.

3. Use by clinics

Clinics and doctors using Previza are responsible for informing patients, for obtaining consent wherever the law additionally requires it, and for the clinical interpretation of the summaries generated.

4. User responsibility

The information entered in the conversation must be accurate and complete to the best of the knowledge of the patient or the person assisting them. Previza is not liable for the consequences of incorrect information supplied by the user.

5. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance work is communicated to partner clinics in advance.

6. Intellectual property

The Previza brand, the interface, the text, and the structure of the conversations are the property of IMG PRINTING PROD SRL and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal and medical data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing an agreement, by the competent courts of Romania. For questions, use our contact page.
